Answering questions like what is I.P and why is it so important, our speakers - a Patent agent and an I.P solicitor - will also talk you through registered and non-registered rights, and how to develop and enforce an I.P strategy. They will also raise searching issues regarding the patenting of software, the stages involved in securing a patent and much more besides.
Our workshops are designed with an interactive element, to encourage discussion and ideas amongst delegates A buffet with wine will be served on arrival and the workshop itself will be followed by drinks, allowing plenty of time for networking. Should you wish, you can also attend the first workshop ‘Practical Business Plans and R&D Tax Credits’ which will immediately precede the buffet.
