Profile Autumn 2007 Newsletter

Dear Reader,

Welcome to the latest edition of Profile.

SYIF has enjoyed a busy quarter with investments from all of our funds. It's pleasing to see the Seedcorn Fund is a success, with a string of companies already benefiting from the funding.

On our equity funds, we have received an excellent internal rate of return of 125% on our investment following the successful floatation of Pressure Technologies - the parent company of Chesterfield Special Cylinders.

In this edition, SYIF welcomes back a familiar face as Andy Chaffer re-joins us. Andy is our new Business Director and I hope you all join me in welcoming him back.

Also in this newsletter we look at a range of companies who have benefited from SYIF investments across the South Yorkshire region.

We do hope you enjoy reading this latest edition of Profile.

Regards

Tony Goulbourn
Chief Executive
South Yorkshire Investment Fund Ltd
