Designed for young technology companies, this free workshop will help you understand what makes an excellent business plan and how to ensure investors get beyond the first page! Coupled with hot tips on tax credits, by attending this event you will ensure that you pull together the ultimate business proposition.
As well as perfecting your executive summary and the key issues that need to be address, you will cover how best to describe the market opportunity and routes to market, the skills of the management team and how optimistic your financial forecasts should be. Our speakers will give you tips on how to summarise your business plan in your executive summary.
The second half of the workshop will focus on the R&D Tax Credit scheme. Our expert speaker will give you top tips for accessing the cash available. Find out how your business can claim, what research & development activities qualify and what costs can be recovered.
Our workshops are designed with an interactive element, to encourage discussion and ideas amongst delegates.
Refreshments will be served on arrival and the workshop itself will be followed by a buffet with wine, allowing plenty of time for networking.
Should you wish, you can also attend the second workshop ‘Intellectual Property Rights and Wrongs’ which immediately follows the buffet.
