South Yorkshire Investment Fund (SYIF) provided seedcorn finance, business loans and equity-linked investments from £15,000 to £2.5 million for businesses in or relocating to South Yorkshire.

Finance Yorkshire has now taken on responsibilty for providing gap finance in Yorkshire and the Humber, providing seedcorn, loan and equity linked investments from £15k to £2million.
