Interest Rates for the Small Business Fund

The gross interest rate charged on all loans provided by the Small Business Fund is 12% fixed.

Rebates will be based on the following risk categories:

Established - 4% rebate/net 8%. Established is defined as three years trading.
Early Stage - 2% rebate/net 10%. Early stage is defined as trading for less than three years.

Interest rebates are at the discretion of the Fund.

The interest rebates quoted are for new drawdowns only with effect 23rd November 2009.
